Ellis Island- Bob Hope: An American Treasure Special Exhibit
Visit Ellis Island between May 26, 2018 through September 3, 2018 to view the Bob Hope: An American Treasure exhibit.
The 2,200-square foot traveling exhibition tells the story of Bob Hope, an American comedian, actor and entertainer whose career started in the 1930’s and continued through the 1990’s. The exhibition includes a series of themed exhibit display units that celebrate his comedic contributions, achievements in entertainment, relationships with a number of U.S. Presidents and his other passion – golf.
WW II Museum – “So Ready For Laughter” exhibit
So Ready for Laughter: The Legacy of Bob Hope —which opened May 25, 2018, and is on display through February 10, 2019 examines Hope’s tireless devotion to America’s armed forces by calling upon artifacts, archival footage, photographs, and interactive displays.

USO’s Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program Keeps Service Members and Their Kids Connected
The Bob Hope Legacy is proud to partner with the USO to create the Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program. In the spirit of Bob Hope and his dedication for bringing military families together, the program is largely driven by virtual, on-demand story time offerings that will help the USO extend its reach and connect an estimated 33,000 military families around the globe through reading this year.
$2M Grant to Bob Hope USO at LAX
